Registration

A workshop spot is confirmed only after the required registration information is submitted and the workshop fee is successfully paid through the approved checkout.

Participant cancellation

Unless Aadhya states otherwise for a specific event, workshop fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed. Aadhya may choose, but is not required, to offer a transfer or credit in exceptional circumstances.

Aadhya cancellation or material change

If Aadhya cancels a workshop and does not provide a suitable replacement date, the workshop fee paid for that cancelled workshop will be refunded. If an event must be materially rescheduled, Aadhya will communicate available options.

Recorded workshop day

The current 3-day Kalyani workshop includes a professional-video experience on Day 3. Media consent is therefore part of participation in the recorded experience. For minors, parent/guardian consent is required.

Performance opportunity

The best 4–5 dancers may be selected to perform in an upcoming show. Selection is not guaranteed by registration or payment.
