What Aadhya collects
Aadhya Dance Academy may collect information you choose to provide through class-interest, contact, workshop, review, teaching-application and Aadhya Assistant forms. This can include names, age, email, phone/WhatsApp number, dance interests, availability, emergency/guardian information for workshop registration, and teaching-application materials.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, manage class interest and registrations, process workshop administration, review teaching applications, provide customer support, improve academy services and, where you specifically permit it, feature approved reviews or media.
AI Assistant
Messages sent to Aadhya Assistant may be processed by an AI service to answer questions and carry out requested academy actions such as class-interest registration or human handoff. Do not provide payment-card numbers, government identification, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in chat.
Payments
Online workshop payments are handled by Stripe. Aadhya's website and AI receptionist do not ask visitors to provide full card details in chat.
Minors
For activities involving minors, Aadhya may request parent or guardian information and consent appropriate to the activity.
Retention and access
Aadhya keeps information only as reasonably needed for academy operations, legal/accounting requirements and legitimate follow-up. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information by emailing info@aadhyadanceacademy.com, subject to information Aadhya must retain for legal or operational reasons.
Analytics and social platforms
If enabled, the site may use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand visits and conversions. Instagram content may be displayed through Meta/Instagram services. These providers may process technical information under their own terms and privacy practices.
